ALL CAPS TITLE
A little kindness goes a long way.
By being kind in our thoughts, words, actions, matters of business, and impact on the environment; kindness starts to transmute what happens in our minds, body, on the mat, and in the studio into the world around us.
Honor the roots of yoga.
We hold sacred the classical methodologies and honor the traditional roots of yoga. By understanding that authenticity also implies humanness, we distance ourselves from guru culture and honor each person’s innate power to heal themselves.
Healing and wellness is for all.
We seek to embody the community in our teaching staff and believe that this is a fundamental step in creating safe spaces where everyone feels represented. People of all races, body shapes, ages, socioeconomic status, physicality, sexual orientation, and gender identification are welcome here—yoga doesn’t discriminate and neither do we.
Live in harmony with the earth.
We operate as stewards of the environment. Honoring green practices and our interdependence on nature helps strengthen our connection to the earth so we may live harmoniously (and without harm) to Her.
